Absolutely great hotel with top-class staff on the management and staff and brand-new rooms. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room and the comfy bed. The quiet and absolutely perfect location for the price, so close to Raleigh.

Location was good.

Kitchen not stocked like advertised. The garbage can under the sink was full of trash in our first room. They gave us a different room, had to ask for kitchen basics. Hallway carpets very dirty with small debris and food crumbs. Stairway to the outside had dried spill spots from something all over the floors. The garbage cans outside the stairway doors were overflowing with trash for the 3 nights we were there. The top cover for the bed was dirty and stained, had to just set it on the floor. People were partying in the side parking lot all 3 nights and would leave trash laying around where they were parked. The side door to the stairway was propped open every night with the garbage can lid. I moved it twice so the door would lock shut like it was supposed to. The young man who checked us in was very helpful, after that we didn't really see anyone working except for when we checked out. We had to call on the phone for a counter person and after we checked out I said thank you with no response from the worker.

I loved the weekly cleaning service, especially because I'm so tidy. the free breakfast was like winning the lottery for me. Accessible amenities were perfect for a classy lady like me.

The room here is spacious and quiet, and it has a shower and hairdryer; it's located in a comfy nice spot close to the Research Triangle area, with Bubble & co Tea Bar nearby for tea or coffee.

Building is being renovated. Sandblasting outside my window . When contacted front desk staff person was rude and said she had no idea when it would end. When I said I thought I should leave she stated that that was my decision. She made a nasty comment to me when I did decide to leave, telling me that " the Embassy Suites around the corner was my style". There is no elevator at this building and one must drag suitcases up or down at least one level.

The location turned out to be really convenient, close to the airport, a lot of shops, and plenty of food options. 🛍️ Plus, unfortunately, there seemed to be some illegal activities going on in the area.

The location here is perfect and it's great that they offer free on-site parking.
